there're two verisons you can select(whether preserve the default city name or not).

i put this mod in mod folder but defult language is there

before open the game, there's a panel of game settings,
on the right top you can select language, choose English.
just look at my screenshot:
sir it show+s only 1 language

im having GTS version 1.00 plz upload english anguage mod
i'm not sure, but maybe this mod could use in 1.00 directly.
if not, i suggest directly updating to 1.02 via this patch:

after you updated, using this english pack will be all right.

you needn't download it again, just using daemon tools to load the bin file which you have downloaded before.
